The European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (ECCSL) serves as a platform for fostering trade and commerce between Sri Lanka and Europe. Its core mission is to stimulate, strengthen, and facilitate trade and investment between Sri Lanka and European nations.

These resources are designed to enhance and streamline business relations between Sri Lankan and European entities. With over 200 prestigious members from various sectors, represented by their senior executives, ECCSL offers a comprehensive network that supports both European and local businesses. Membership Categories

Regular Membership

  • Any citizen, company, or entity incorporated in any European country that is doing business in Sri Lanka as a sole proprietor or as a majority shareholder/partner in the business.
  • Any company or entity incorporated in Sri Lanka where a citizen, company, or corporate body from any European country holds the majority of shares. 

Associate Membership

  • Any citizen, company, or entity incorporated in any European country doing business in Sri Lanka as a minority shareholder or minority partner in the business.
  • Any company or entity incorporated in Sri Lanka where a citizen, company, or entity from any European country holds a minority of shares.
  • Any citizen of a European country working as an employee or having any management role in an organization, whether corporate or otherwise, established in Sri Lanka.
  • Any person, company, or corporate body in any country interested in facilitating business between Sri Lanka and Europe.
